Liberty Manor was established in 2006 by local builder Louis Scarfo and his wife of 63 years Irene Scarfo. Louie has over fifty-five years of building and land development experience. Liberty Manor is a proud family owned business with three generations of family leadership. His two daughters who run Scarfo Real Estate, Marie Masciadrelli and Susan Hoey, his granddaughter Kristen Allard, who is the Manager of Liberty Manor and his nephew Charlie Pignatare, who is the Foreman of Scarfo Construction. Mr. Scarfo drew his inspiration for naming Liberty Manor from the aroused patriotism we all witnessed following the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He wanted the community to become a living tribute to the victims of that tragedy. Continuing with that patriotic theme, Scarfo chose names for the community’s streets such as Patriot’s Drive and Freedom Trail. When completed, Liberty Manor, will be a residential park of 250 manufactured homes in three phases, each positioned on its own professionally landscaped lot with concrete driveways and sidewalks among its many upscale features.
